I learned to build for the web while the ground kept moving under it. Half my traffic went to phones before any of my sites were ready, so I rebuilt a restaurant's site for mobile, tested responsive design on one real site instead of arguing about it, took Qysh Me mobile, and ran the first A/B test that changed how I think about a page. Later I got to shape the interface itself at Ripost, where the front page became an endless river and the BETA label stayed on purpose. Here are the articles from that work.
